My UNA World is a backup and recovery manager for UNA sites. It provides verified archives, restore inspection, recovery evidence, retention controls and safety snapshots around supported module lifecycle operations.
Make sure the backup location is private, writable and has enough disk space. A site archive can contain the database, configuration, installed module source and media. Keep a separate recovery copy away from the server.
The module folder is modules/newton/my_una_world/. Use the standard installation and update workflow.
A queued or running job is not a completed recovery point. Resolve reported failures before relying on that backup.
Open Recovery. Inspect the archive before restoring and use the offered dry-run workflow to review the proposed operation. Where requested, upload the backup ZIP and its optional verification JSON. Confirm the archive belongs to the intended site and understand what files and database data will be replaced.
After recovery, verify the restored site, Studio, installed modules and important workflows. Preserve rollback evidence until the site is stable.
Settings controls supported pre-install/pre-uninstall safety backups, whether a required backup failure blocks the operation, and retention by archive count and age. Review storage use before changing retention. Cleanup is a deliberate action; keep an independent recovery copy.
Enable Visitor Gate is in My UNA World settings. It controls guest browser navigation to the site's entry pages. It is not a substitute for file permissions or API authorization.
The maintenance-page settings control My UNA World branding, heading, messages, footer and whether to use the My UNA World page. Changing presentation does not by itself prove that the site is in maintenance mode.
If a backup fails, check disk space, write permissions, background-job status and the reported error. If a restore or rollback is unresolved, stop and obtain support before another recovery attempt. Do not delete a lock or rollback archive solely to clear a warning.
