RELEASE 0.5.0
My UNA Mail Doctor 0.5.0
Autonomous Email Health Workflow
Version 0.5.0 turns Email Health into a simpler administrator workflow
centered on what requires action.
Email Health
- Adds a Needs Attention queue for current recipient-health problems.
- Adds a Healthy Email queue for addresses currently accepted by SMTP.
- Excludes actively suppressed addresses from both working queues.
- Keeps the interface quiet when no addresses require action.
Bulk actions
- Adds Select All and per-address selection in Needs Attention.
- Adds Suppress Selected for administrator-controlled bulk suppression.
- Adds Clear Selected for removing current Mail Doctor health-summary rows.
- Limits bulk processing to 100 selected entries per request.
Clear semantics
Clear Selected:
- removes only the current Mail Doctor address-health summary record;
- does not delete a UNA account or profile;
- does not erase historical health events;
- does not erase bounce or DSN evidence;
- does not erase suppression history;
- does not create a permanent ignore rule;
- does not send email;
- records an administrator audit event.
If Mail Doctor later observes a new recipient-health problem for a cleared
address, the address can be recreated automatically and return to
Needs Attention.
Suppression workflow
Suppressed addresses continue to be managed through the active suppression
ledger. Release remains available there rather than in Needs Attention.
Upgrade
The 0.4.0-to-0.5.0 UNA updater updates module source files and version
metadata.
No database schema changes are required and the updater executes no SQL.
Release safety
- Studio administrator authorization remains required.
- CSRF validation remains required for mutation actions.
- Confirmation remains required for administrator actions.
- Existing event, bounce and suppression evidence is preserved.
- Existing outbound suppression policy remains unchanged.
