My UNA Tickets handles bug reports and support requests. It provides product selection, a two-step submission form, staff moderation and private ticket conversations.
Describe the result you expected and what happened instead. Remove passwords, access tokens, private keys and unrelated personal information from text or screenshots.
Use your authorized member access or the private visitor link supplied by the support workflow. Treat a visitor link as private access to the ticket: do not post it in the Wiki or a public discussion.
Use the ticket conversation to add relevant details and follow staff replies. A delivery problem does not by itself prove that the ticket was lost.
Open Studio → My UNA World Tickets.
Review and sanitize any proposed public content before publishing it. Keeping a ticket private and publishing a reviewed issue are distinct actions. Do not publish reporter contact details or private conversation content.
Where offered, staff can retry delayed mail delivery or revoke visitor access. Recheck the ticket revision if Studio asks you to reload before moderation.
Use the standard module workflow. The module belongs at modules/newton/my_una_tickets/. Configure active ticket products so visitors have valid choices. Background delivery/access-link work requires the module's configured worker to run.
For submission errors, reload the form and begin again if its form/session token expired. For missing email, inspect the ticket's delivery status and the site's outbound mail configuration; use staff retry controls when appropriate.
Share the ticket number with support, but keep private access links and credentials out of public reports.
