My UNA Finances

Vendor: My UNA World
Module: my_una_finances
Location: UNA Studio
Guide scope: 0.1.0; checked 2 October 2026

My UNA Finances is a read-only companion to existing UNA Payments, Paid Levels and community-report records. It does not process payments or change paid plans.

Before installation

Confirm UNA 15.0.x, Payments and Paid Levels are installed and enabled. Make a database/file backup and use the installable ZIP, not the media pack.

The module folder is modules/newton/my_una_finances/. Install from Studio → Apps → Downloaded, enable if requested and open the My UNA Finances launcher tile.

For an existing installation, keep the module installed. Use an appropriate validated update. There is no native 0.1.0-to-0.1.0 updater.

Overview

The dashboard shows gross completed transaction volume by currency, subscription activity, configured Paid Levels plans, reports, an operational community health score and availability of breakdown metrics.

Use the 7, 30 or 90 day links, or the live-data From/To date range and Apply. Use each card's View details link.

Currencies remain separate. Do not add different currencies into one total without a defined conversion method.

Preview sample data

Choose Preview sample data on Overview to demonstrate the cards on an empty site. The banner identifies the figures as illustrative. No member, payment, subscription, plan or report record is created.

Choose View live data to return to site totals. Finances and Community Health detail pages always show live records.

Finances

The detail page shows completed transaction-item volume, recorded subscription statuses, new/cancelled subscriptions during the selected window and configured plan count. Pending transactions and carts are excluded.

In 0.1.0, commissions, processor fees, refunds and net income show Unavailable. Gross transaction volume must not be interpreted as net income.

Community Health

Review report count, unresolved reports, explicit spam reports and the score derived from report rate per 1,000 active profiles and unresolved share.

This score is an operational signal, not a member-satisfaction survey. It is unavailable when the required activity data is unavailable. The module does not resolve reports.

Troubleshooting

If a source is unavailable, confirm the required apps are enabled and their tables are healthy. Check the reported module/system error. Zero activity on a new site can be normal; sample preview is available to inspect the layout.

No payment-provider credentials are required by this dashboard.
